PREIMPREGNATED CLOTHES

APREG DMD

The APREG DMD is a pre-preg obtained by laminating non-woven fabric on both surfaces of a polyester film. The laminate is then imbued in the epoxy resin, reactive in B stage. It has been used to manufacture transformer and electric machines, namely to isolate and stiffen all conductors. APREG DMD is dry, but contains a reactive epoxy resin introduced in the wiring together with the insulating laminate. When the epoxy resin hardens, electrical conductors are isolated by this compound and protected against humidity. It is supplied in standard height of 910 mm, but on request it can be supplied in different heights till to 1350 mm.

APREG F

The APREG F is stage B compound made with impregnated glass cloth and covered with a F class epoxy resin. It has been designed for the coils insulation in dry and encapsulated transformers. It is supplied dry, but during the cooking phase, the resin fluidifies and it enters in the interstices obtaining very good resistance to electric insulation and high short circuit resistance. It is available in standard heights of 1.100-1.200 mm, but on request it can be supplied in heights till to 1.350 mm.

APREG FR

The APREG FR is a pre-preg made with impregnated glass cloth and covered with a special F class auto-extinguishing epoxy resin. It has been designed for the coils insulation in dry and encapsulated transformers. The advantage of this products is that during the cooking phase the resin fluidifies and it adheres to the wires giving to winding a very good insulation and high mechanical resistance. It is available in thickness 0,15 mm (APREG 15H) or in thickness 0,20 mm (APREG 20H) in standard heights of 1.100-1.200 mm, but on customer's request it can be supplied in heights till to 1350 mm.

APREG H

The APREG H is a stage B, H class compound made with impregnated glass cloth and covered with a special epoxy resin. It has been designed for coils insulation in dry and encapsulated transformers. It is supplied dry, but during the cooking phase, the resin fluidifies and it enters in the interstices obtaining a very good resistance to electric insulation and high short circuit resistance. It is available in standard heights of 1.255 mm.
