OVEN VARNISHES



F 15

The varnish F 15 is made with polyester resins modified with superphenolic resins specifically design to resist to high temperature. It is compatible with all kinds of enamelled wire. As it is versatile, it is recommended where a good resistance to thermic and mechanical stresses is required. It conforms to the Standards MIL-V-1137A (grade CB, type M) and MIL-1-24092 (class 155, type M). It is suitable for windings that have to resist to F and H insulation class.

F 25

The varnish F 25 is made with special resins specifically designed to give a high versatility use. For this reason it is a varnish for general use with an easy, high security and saving costs impregnation. It is suitable for winding that have to conform to the Standards MIL-V-1137A (grade CB, type M).

F 79

The varnish F 79 is made with high polymers of new conception specifically designed to obtain high band strength, quick cooking and high temperatures resistance. It is recommendable for all equipments submitted to strong mechanical and thermic stresses that have to resist to F and H insulation class. It is compatible with all kinds of enamelled wire and it has an excellent humidity and acids resistance.

F 88

The varnish F 88 is made with superphenolic resins modified with polyester resins. It has been specifically designed for the impregnation of electrical equipments in which a very good coat penetration with high band strength is required. It is compatible with all kinds of enamelled wire with exception of oleoresin ones. It is suitable for equipments strongly stressed and in those cases in which rather short time of cooking is required. It is suitable for winding that have to resist to F and H insulation class.

F 8731

The varnish F 8731 is made with superphenolic resins, modified with polyester resins, having high band strength in heat and excellent resistance to thermic ageing. This varnish has been formulated to be used in plants of continuous impregnation with short cycle of drying; although it can be successfully used with any type of plant. The finishing obtained on the metallic parts, core of amacnet and frame, is of excellent quality, without dropping and flows. It is suitable or F and H insulation class.

F 87401

The varnish F 87401 is made with superphenolic resins, modified with polyester resins specifically designed for electrical equipments impregnation where a very good penetration together with high band strength and good electrical characteristics is required. It is compatible with all kind of enamelled wire. The choice of components has been made in order to respect all the problems regarding the safety on work and the issues in atmosphere; so the varnish is the best compromise between ecological properties and technical characteristics. It is suitable for windings that have to work in F insulation class.
